LEWIS F. JONES, JR.
Received a B.S. degree in accounting from the University of Alabama at Birmingham in 1984 and received his certificate and license to practice as a Certified Public Accountant in 1987. Mr. Jones is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Alabama Society of CPAs, and the Institute of Management Accountants. He has held various offices with the Vulcan Chapter of the Institute of Management Accountants and has also served as the chairperson of various committees of the Alabama Society of CPAs.
JOSEPH M. "MAX" CAMPBELL, JR.
Received a B.S. degree in accounting from the University of Alabama in Huntsville, a Masters degree in accounting from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, and further graduate level work at Auburn University. Mr. Campbell has been in the accounting profession for fifteen years, with six years as an accountant in industry and nine years in public accounting. Mr. Campbell has extensive experience with non-profit organizations, having served as the controller for a large non-profit organization, as well as performing numerous audits of non-profits. Max is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Alabama Society of CPA’s, and an associate member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.
HASBROUCK "HAPPY" HAYNES, JR.
Studied accounting at the University of Kentucky, University of Houston, and Howard College. Mr. Haynes received his certificate and license to practice as a Certified Public Accountant in 1964 and has been employed in public accounting ever since. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Alabama Society of CPAs. He has testified as an expert in Federal and in Alabama State Courts.
J. TIMOTHY "TIM" DOWNARD
Received a B.S. degree in Corporate Finance and Investment Management from the University of Alabama, an equivalent degree in Accounting from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, and a Masters of Business Administration degree from Samford University. Mr. Downard received his certificate and license to practice as a Certified Public Accountant in 1987. Since that time Mr. Downard has been employed in public accounting except for approximately five years when he was employed as an assistant controller/controller in private industry. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Alabama Society of CPAs, the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, the American College of Forensic Examiners, and the National Association of Forensic Accountants. He has testified as an expert in Federal and in Alabama State Courts.
